- All online payments must be authorized and captured by your card's issuer before any products are shipped to you. All payments made are only refundable or exchangable under our Returns and Replacements policy listed on this page.

- We offer the following shipping options:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Worldwide Expedited (outside of the USA only)
- Most non-custom products ordered ship same day Mon-Fri, but do have a handling time of up to 48 hours. Custom products (such as custom printed ear tags) require up to 10 business days to process.
- Please allow the appropriate amount of time above before contacting us about missing shipments.
- Returns & Replacements
- To return a product for refund or replacement you must first contact us to obtain an RMA number. Please note that all products returned for refund are subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%. Once an RMA is issued, you will receive additional instructions on shipping the product back to us. All returned product is inspected by Ear Tag Direct staff for signs of use or damage before issuing a refund or replacement. Damaged or visibly used products will be returned to the customer.
- In the case of Damaged on Arrival product, please contact both us and the shipping company for further instructions. Unless otherwise stated on a product page, all products shipped from Ear Tags Direct are new and in perfect condition when leaving our warehouses. In no case are we liable for products damaged during shipping.
- Important: All custom printed products are non-refundable.

- Once submitted orders may not be changed and fall under our Returns and Replacements policy. You will receive updates from us on the status of your order such as order, payment, and shipment confirmation. You may also view the status of your order anytime by going to your My Account section.
